This work is about the speech of Marcus Tullius Cicero in defense of the Greek poet Licinius Arquias, usually cited simply as the Pro Archia. This is one of his most studied speeches, not for political reasons, but for its aesthetic construction, proving itself a true defense of arts, or rather a defense of literature, having them as instruments.
