Item O comportamento sexual do adolescente e o risco de Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2018-08-23) Soares, Fabiana SarmandoIdentify studies that point out how adolescent sexual behavior may present as a risk factor for the acquisition of an STI. Method: to carry out this review the following steps were performed using the PICO strategy, the search of the studies was performed in PubMed and LiLacs databases. We selected studies that had Brazilian adolescents as subjects, that were in agreement with the determined period of time of up to 10 years of publication and that they had complete text available for the analysis. Results: 19 articles were analyzed. These studies have included the following themes: knowledge on sexuality and reproductive health, risk factors, prevalence studies, adolescent living with HIV, and methodological approach. The studies analyzed indicated that adolescents who had early sexual initiation, low schooling and a lower economic level are more vulnerable to adopting sexual risk behaviors and are unaware of the forms of infection and treatment of STIs. Conclusion: risky sexual behavior may lead to an increase in STI infections in adolescents due to unprotected sexual practices or the adoption of unsafe activities to their health. Information, knowledge of STIs and the adoption of healthy behaviors seem to be fundamental for changes in adolescent behaviorItem O enfermeiro da estratégia saúde da família e os fatores relacionados à notificação da violência contra crianças e adolescentes(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2018-08-20) Pereira, Heloisa de SouzaTo analyze the factors related to the notification of violence against children and adolescents by nurses of the Family Health Strategy in Manaus-AM. Method: This is a cross-sectional study carried out in the primary care services of Manaus - AM, whose information was obtained through the self-completion of the instrument for data collection by nurses who make up the Family Health Team, from October 2017 to April 2018. Data analyzed in SPSS software. Results: It was noted that 40% of the nurses who reported cases of violence against children and adolescents were single and had children. Regarding the training, it was observed that the topic of violence was seen in undergraduate studies (56.84%). Trainings and training resulted in 59.0% participation. The most identified and notified violence by nurses was neglect and abandonment, although almost 50% of the participants never identified any type of violence. Among the professionals who have already notified more than 2/4 of the participants, they had more than 10 years of experience. Conclusion: Violence against children and adolescents is a complex phenomenon and involves, for the most part, intrafamilial relationships. The Family Health Strategy nurse for her closeness to the user, family and social context needs to be prepared to deal with these situations
