Item Sessão Anátomo-clínica: método de ensino correlacionado patologia e clínica(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2017-08-17) Palhares, Antônio Eduardo Martinez; Ribeiro, Pedro Paulo DiasA sessão anátomo-clínica consiste no estudo clínico correlacionado com os achados morfológicos obtidos de biópsias, peças cirúrgicas e autópsias. Tais sessões são reconhecidas mundialmente como a forma mais efetiva de educação médica, pois evidenciam as manifestações morfológicas das doenças. Tem como abjetivo implementar as sessões anátomo-clínicas na disciplina de patologia especial do curso de medicina da Universidade do Estado do Amazonas em que os alunos na disciplina de patologia especial participarão de quatro sessões anátomo-clínicas de casos de autópsias por semestre. Por fim, o uso de casos reais de autópsia como ferramenta de ensino gerará satisfação nos alunos ao exercitarem o raciocínio dedutivo e a resolução de problemas clínicos.Item Tecnologia educacional sobre diabetes mellitus tipo 2 para adultos e idosos: produção baseada em evidências(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2022-09-02) Takeda e Silva, Cecília Harumi; Ferreira, Darlisom Sousa; Teixeira, Elizabeth; Ferreira, Darlisom Sousa; Castro, Fernanda Farias de; Reis, Leonardo Naves dosProduce type 2 diabetes mellitus educational technology for adults and the elderly. Methods: Methodological research carried out in two stages: literature review and construction of the first version of the guide. Results: In the literature review, a synthesis of 10 articles was obtained; From the analysis, 10 generating themes emerged, which constituted the structure of the guide. The first version of the guide entitled “The guide to Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus: information on self-care for adults and the elderly” has 44 pages and is organized into 17 topics: summary, presentation, “what is Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus?”, classification of Diabetes, causes of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, “how does type 2 Diabetes Mellitus act?”, complications of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, signs and symptoms of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, pharmacological treatment, glycemic control, healthy eating, physical exercise, care feet, support net and glycemic control sheet, final words and references. Conclusion: The literature review made it possible to synthesize the knowledge necessary for the construction of educational technology on type 2 diabetes mellitus for adults and the elderly. Method: this is quantitative descriptive research, with a population of 270 nurses. Data collection took prace from february to july 2023, through a structured, self-administered questionnaire on Google Forms with open and closed questions.Results: a total of 141 nurses responded to the questionnaire, of which 123 (87.8%) work in care management, 80 (57.1%) in health management; 86(61.4%) in teaching and 49 (35%) in research. The mention the main difficulties experienced in managerial work: lack of experience, inadequate training and difficulty in interpessoal relationship with an emphasis on the conflicts esperienced . Method: Descriptive research with a qualitative approach carried out in two rural and/or riverside communities in the metropolitan region of Manaus AM. The Focus Group technique was used to collect data, using a previously established script. The data were organized in the MAXQDA software and analyzed using the content analysis technique. Results: from the statements collected, 185 codes were found, two of which emerged into two categories: “Faith as a strategy for coping with COVID 19” and “Belief and health care”. Method: This is a descriptive qualitative research, carried out in two rural/riverside communities, with elderly people aged 60 and over, residents of the community for at least 2 years. To collect data, the Focus Group (FG) technique was used. Data organization was carried out using the MAXQDA software, also using content analysis. The research was tested at CEP/UEA under opinion no. 5,977,008. Results and discussion: Two FGs were held in different communities, with the participation of 14 elderly people. After analysis, the following categories emerged: Preventing COVID 19, using home remedies and Self-Care. Conclusion: Through the data obtained in the research, it is possible to infer that knowing the intervention process and the adoption of self-care practices in health during the COVID 19 pandemic, from the point of view of elderly people living in rural and riverside areas of the Amazon, is of utmost importance, especially for the health professional, specifying the role of the nurse, who in many rural and riverside communities are the only professionals to provide health care, given the long distances and obstacles to reach the communitiesItem Síntese de evidências sobre o agir da enfermagem com pessoas em tratamento antineoplásico(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2023-08-29) Belo, Jessica Rayre de Oliveira; Ueno, Thalyta Mariany Rêgo Lopes; Ueno, Thalyta Mariany Rêgo Lopes; Ferreira, Darlisom Sousa; Monteiro, Wagner FerreiraIdentificar evidencias científicas sobre orientación y atención a pacientes en tratamiento con antineoplásicos. Métodos: Revisión integradora, realizada en las bases de datos: MEDLINE, LILACS y BDENF, mediante el cruce de los descriptores “Enfermería”, “Antineoplastic”, “Patients” y “Guidelines” y las respectivas traducciones en portugués, inglés y español. El marco temporal utilizado en las búsquedas fue entre 2018 y 2022, por lo que la muestra final estuvo conformada por 10 artículos. Resultados: De los 10 artículos encontrados, surgieron dos categorías temáticas que contribuyen a la orientación y atención en quimioterapia: categoría 1 - efectos adversos y tratamiento con antineoplásicos; categoría 2 – calidad de vida con tratamiento antineoplásico, en cuanto a los cuidados de enfermería indicados, fueron obtenidas entre tres y seis indicaciones por artículo. Conclusión: El cuidado de enfermería garantiza un cuidado calificado, ético y humanizado, satisfaciendo plenamente las necesidades físicas y emocionales de los pacientes. Método: Revisión Integrativa de la Literatura, realizada en seis etapas, de mayo a julio de 2023, en las bases de datos de América Latina y el Caribe en Ciencias de la Salud, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrievel System Online, Base de Datos de Enfermería e Índice Bibliográfico Español en Ciencias de la Salud, con la descriptores: “Alfabetización en Salud” y “Cultura en Salud” y marco temporal de 2016 a 2022. Resultados: La muestra para esta revisión consistió en 39 publicaciones, principalmente entre 2022 y 2021 (51,2%). Los resultados fueron estructurados a partir de los siguientes temas: 1) Alfabetización en Salud y Enfermedades Crónicas No Transmisibles; 2) Alfabetización en Salud y Determinantes Sociales; y 3) Instrumentos para medir la Alfabetización en Salud: Traducción, Adaptación y Validación. Conclusión: El estudio permitió sintetizar las evidencias científicas de la enfermería brasileña sobre Alfabetización en Salud, alcanzando así el objetivo propuesto. Methodology: field research, of an exploratory nature, with a qualitative approach, through the application of a script of closed and open questions to a population composed of 10 elderly people, of both sexes, attended by the Governador Gilberto Mestrinho Polyclinic, Manaus- Amazon. Result: the sociodemographic profile is characterized by elderly people between 60 and 69 years old (80%), single (70%) and with incomplete primary education (50%). None of the participants had an employment relationship. They report difficulties in accessing health establishments due to their appearance and homelessness, as well as distraction from health professionals. Method: This is an Integrative Literature Review (RIL) in which original articles published in the years 2019 to 2021, in the Portuguese language, in the BDENF, SCIELO and LILACS databases were analyzed. The titles, abstracts and full texts of the articles were read to apply the eligibility criteria and classify the level of evidence. Results: 18 original articles were identified, of which 10 met the proposed objective, with the most predominant themes prostate cancer, National Policy for Comprehensive Men's Health Care (PNAISH), risk factors, masculinity, sociodemographic characteristics, multidisciplinary action, self-care Conclusion: This review showed challenges regarding men's health, pointing out the lack of self-management of self-care, non-adherence to health policies, stigmas and masculinity, age, lifestyle and others as cancer risk factorsItem Sofrimento emocional vivenciado por trabalhadores de enfermagem em situação de crise(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2023-08-29) Ximenes, Vitória Miranda; Monteiro, Wagner Ferreira; Monteiro, Wagner Ferreira; Ferreira, Darlisom Sousa; Lima, Kássia Janara VerasTo investigate the emotional repercussions experienced by nursing professionals while coping with the covid-19 pandemic. Method: descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data collection took place through semi-structured interviews with 19 nursing professionals who worked on the front line, these were transcribed and coded with the help of the ATLAS.ti 8.0 software and the precepts of the Thematic Network analysis. The study complied with current ethical regulations and was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the State University of Amazonas- CEP/UEA (n° 4.805.240). Results: The participants are nurses (68%) and nursing technicians/assistants (32%), working in hospital services (40%) and with a professional experience of 1 to 3 years (32%). From the Emotional Repercussions Thematic Network four themes emerged: unexpected changes, increased tensions, emotional suffering and psychosocial support strategies. In the study, it was found that professionals have a higher risk of mental and emotional distress. Conclusion: it is essential to adopt initiatives that promote the health of these professionals, as well as to improve working conditions and the quality of care provided to users, while seeking to generate scientific knowledge relevant to the field of nursing and of health
