Item Reabilitação de dentes anteriores fraturados com coroas unitárias associadas a pino de fibra de vidro relato de caso(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2017-12-05) Belém Junior, Luiz Augusto da SilvaGiven the current aesthetic appreciation of the smile, it is important to know clinical practices that rehabilitate the patient and maintain facial harmony. Frequently, this knowledge is needed when a tooth requires the use of intra-radicular retainers to rehabilitate it with extensive restorations, usually unitary teeth. With the advent of prefabricated pins, which demonstrate excellent mechanical and aesthetic characteristics, the use of traditional metal cores has been gradually replaced. The use of metal-free prostheses in these cases, results in greater aesthetic gains, exploring the great capacity of the present ceramic materials to replicate the anatomical details of the dental elements. This paper aims to present a clinical case of aesthetic rehabilitation with unitary prosthetic crowns in fractured teeth. The patient, LHIC, 19, sought the UEA Dental Polyclinic complaining of problems in the appearance of the upper central incisors. After intraoral and radiographic examination, the need for a multidisciplinary rehabilitation approach involving endodontic treatment, use of intraradicular retainers and installation of unitary prostheses was verified
