Acessibilidade nos prédios públicos: um breve estudo acerca das instituições da justiça em Manaus

Acesso à Justiça e a Reforma Trabalhista trazida pela Lei 13.467, de 13 de julho de 2017

This paper deals with the need to establish essential provisions regarding the principle of access to justice and the new labor legislation deriving from Law No. 13467/17, in order to identify possible mechanisms that prevent worker access to Labor Justice. The process must be open to the citizens' applications, also discussing the ways in which the Judiciary has to eliminate the inequalities of access and the waiting time to arrive at the final decision of the Lide; we find that for each Constitutional Principle, especially for the effective exercise of the claim of an injured right, support in the pillar of the process as an adequate instrument so that the citizen can defend their rights. The present work reflects on the access to justice in the labor sphere, naming its concept, applicability in the scope of labor justice based on the constitutional principles of equality, double degree of jurisdiction and contradictory and ample defense. In addition, it offers clarification as to the differentiation between new labor legislation in the procedural scope, demonstrating the legal possibility of the application.
Ações de marketing esportivo do Grupo Bemol junto ao Manaus Futebol Clube

This research was carried out with the objective of verifying the actions of Sports Marketing of the Bemol group with Manaus Futebol Clube in the city of Manaus – AM. Seeks to verify the importance of Sports Marketing for a football club and verify the real intention of the company to sponsor the club. It seeks to understand that the company's sponsorship for the club is not only the amount passed on to the club every month, but the brotherhood relationship between the parties, as both the company and the club are genuinely founded on Amazonian lands, this generates a relationship of proximity and appreciation of regional things, valuing what belongs to the land itself. Seeking to answer this question about the theme, the research was carried out through bibliographical investigation and interview with the head of the Marketing department of the Bemol group. Seeking to prove that the real intention of the company in sponsoring the club is to have a relationship in which the fans look at the company with a partner that is from the region and that wants to value football in the Amazon, and, for that, it needs the fans to also value the club and company.
Administração de materiais aplicada na policlínica odontológica da UEA

The present work refers to the analysis of the UEA Dental Polyclinic, aiming only to focus on its procedures that are pertinent to the administration of materials, in such a way that, at the end of this analysis, it is possible to compare its competences against the administrative ideals of the authors cited in this work. The research methodology is characterized as descriptive in terms of its objectives and qualitative in terms of the analysis of its problems. The main data collection technique was the application of a checklist accompanied by individual interviews with all the company's professionals who deal with storage. The main purpose of this work was to identify the biggest problems facing the unit's materials administration and, through theoretical foundation, recommend actions to solve these problems. The results show that the greatest difficulty in managing the organization's materials is the lack of space and, to try to solve this problem, the application of input organization methods (Curve ABC) and methods of streamlining the flow of materials (Lung and Picking).
Agente autônomo de investimentos e o Profissional contábil um estudo acerca do desenvolvimento do Contador no Mercado de Capitais

The excess of information available in the media about financial assets present in the capital market directly imply the ability of beginning investors to analyze, synthesize and interpret the data necessary for the application of their capital, thus the role of the autonomous investment agent it is to establish the financial objective and look for the most profitable and appropriate applications for the profile of its customers in order to reduce the risk of financial losses. Thus, the general objective of the research is to assess whether the accountant, with his knowledge, skills and abilities, is qualified to act in investment advisory. The specific objectives of this research seek to present the capital market, conceptualize the profession of the accountant and the AAI and finally relate the qualities of the accountant as AAI. For this, the methodology adopted was an exploratory study based on bibliographic research, through consultations with books, magazines, legislation and articles published on the internet. From the data collection, it can be noted that the accountant's academic training expands his professional range, as it involves several areas such as finance, accounting and management, thus providing greater support to deepen his career as an autonomous investment agent. . Therefore, the analytical ability to read and interpret financial information makes the accountant an excellent manager of wealth and wealth for his clients.
Águas de melgaço: a água importada na Manaus da Belle Époque

This monograph presents the considerations and inferences of a research focused on post-processual bias in Archeology. Linked to the Historical Archaeology search line, analyzes in exploratory and inerpretative way the consumption context that touches an archaeological artifact existing in the city of Manaus. Saved in the laboratory, an exemplar of the “Águas de Melgaço” brand bottle, mineral-medicinal portuguese water, allows to glimpse through itis context social practices in the Manaus of the Belle Époque, that permeate the aspects involved in the incipient socioeconomic growth by wich passed. Multifaceted research, using the usual multidisciplinarity of its bias, analyzes both technically the object itself, such as search also see “through” the object, that is, to present, through iconographic and documentary sources, the marked presence of the consumption of bottled water, in particular that of the portuguese brand. Discusses the possibility of interpreting society through the material culture; of the urgency to consider as valid the field of social in Archaeology. It shows the important relationship between “Águas de Melgaço” and the life of the consumers of Manaus during the rubber period. The society that emerged, influenced by the desire to profite, enjoyed imported goods as bottled water, a symbol of idealistic consuption. Its high commercial and symbolic value made consumers want it not only for the properties it was said to possess but also for the social prestige that the imported bottle granted.
Alienação Parental: seus reflexos e o princípio do melhor interesse do infante

This paper aims at demonstrating how the practice of parental alienation has proved to be a real obstacle to full compliance with the principle of the best interest of the minor, more precisely with respect to the enjoyment of the constitutional right to family life, as well as the harmful consequences of practice for the infant. To achieve this goal, we use the inductive method and the bibliographic review technique, based on the books and legal articles, published scientific research on the subject and the most recent court judgments regarding Law nº 12.318/2010. It is first discussed on the dissolution of the conjugal society and its consequences for the children. We also deal with family power, guardian institute and legally foreseen types. Soon after, we emphasize the relevance of the principle of the best interest of the minor and its reflection on the life and dignity of the infants. We also list national and international provisions that consecrate the rights of the minor and ensure healthy living with family members, especially their parents, even after the dissolution of the conjugal society. Finally, we present the information collected in the scientific and legal circles about parental alienation, its concept, characteristics and harmful effects for infants, while analyzing the way in which our courts have positioned themselves in cases of parental alienation and how Law nº 12.318/2010 has been applied in order to guarantee the effectiveness of the principle of the best interest of the minor, through the restriction of said practice.
Os altos custos com as passagens aéreas para o interior do Estado do Amazonas em aeronaves de médio e grande portes: um estudo de caso em uma empresa aérea que atua no interior amazonense

Due to the fact of being a more distant region, taking an airplane trip within the North region of Brazil is more expensive than travelling to other places within the same country. The lack of airport infrastructure and government incentives makes the airlines not to be interested in the aviation market in the Amazon state. Currently a single regional airline offers regular flights to the whole state, which is based in the Amazonian capital, where is also situated the most important airport in the North region, Eduardo Gomes International Airport. The current work had as its main study objective to expose the high costs of an airline in flying to the Amazon state countryside and Pará, as well as to show the lack of airport infrastructure, causing the cost of a trip to increase even more, and having as consequence the not decreasing of the airplane ticket final price. The great responsible for the cost increase was the aviation fuel (QVA), for the planes, obligatorily, must travel to countryside with fuel to go and come back, since these airports don’t have the airship refueling service. A case study was made of a regional airline with qualitative and quantitative interpretation of its Financial Statements and Balance Sheet of the years 2013 and 2014. Throughout the study it was possible to note how more than 50% of the total direct costs are spent with aviation fuel.
Uma análise comparativa ente as técnicas utilizadas pelo ceramista Rauniery Pinheiro em comparação a técnica de produção da cerâmica indígena

The study of the work of Rauniery Pinheiro on the techniques used in the production of contemporary ceramics goes a particular way in front of other works already carried out in the city of Manacapuru, in the Amazon. Therefore, the present study aims to know the techniques used by the ceramist in the cultural scene of Manacapuru to understand the influences of the indigenous tradition present in the way of his ceramics production. For this, a bibliographical survey was carried out on the contemporary ceramics, and later an analysis was made in the production mode of the contemporary ceramics so that we can understand the techniques used by the ceramist Rauniery, and compared it with the way of production of indigenous ceramics, was also performed records as; notes and photographic records that helped describe the production process of the contemporary ceramics of the local artisan. The influence of this relationship between the indigenous techniques used in the production of contemporary ceramics elaborated by craftsman, this present in the ceramist's family tradition has resulted in one of the crucial points of the research, therefore, this link keeps alive the inheritance of a family genealogical lineage present in ceramist technology. Thus, it is believed that an initial step was taken in the rescue of the material culture of Manacapuru.
Análise da desigualdade socioeconômica no Brasil: as condições de vida da população nas capitais

This article studies socioeconomic inequality in Brazilian capitals based on the analysis of the living conditions of their resident populations. Taking as an assumption that this inequality is a reflection of multicausal aspects, a set of variables was selected, from the Demographic Censuses of 2000 and 2010, by PNUD and DATASUS/MS, which could account for the real social and economic conditions and, at the same time, to point out which factors are most evident in the inequality observed among the 27 capitals of Brazil. For this, indices of living conditions were created, focusing on various aspects of the social and economic life of people residing in these locations, which were synthesized and a Global Index of Socioeconomic Inequality (IGDSe) that allowed a comparative analysis of the real social and economic conditions of the population. Brazilian. The results were enough to demonstrate that inequalities are persistent in the country's poorest cities. The capitals of the South Region (Curitiba, Florianopolis and Porto Alegre) and Vitória/ES occupied a prominent place in the ranking of Brazilian socioeconomic inequality, with lower levels of inequality, while in the capitals of the North and Northeast Regions, those cities with higher levels of inequality.
Uma análise da eficiência entre desempenho esportivo e financeiro dos clubes da região Norte, Nordeste e Centro-Oeste do Brasil

The aim of this research is to investigate the possible relationship between the sporting and financial performance of Brazilian football clubs during the period from 2019 to 2021. The sample selected for the research consists of 22 clubs from the North, Northeast and Midwest regions of Brazil. To evaluate the sporting performance of each club, its performance was measured over the three-year period. To evaluate the financial performance, data was collected on the Total Revenue, Total Cost, and Total Profit of each club during the period. For this purpose, the Income Statements of the sample clubs were collected for each year of the period. The statistical analysis included descriptive statistics and two DEA models. The first model, using the VRS method, examined the efficiency of the relationship between costs and performance, while the second model, using the CRS method, evaluated the relationship between the inverse of performance and revenues. The results indicated that clubs with efficient financial management (especially those with shareholder participation models) tend to perform better in sports. On the other hand, clubs with high revenue, tradition, and fan base tend to have their financial results boosted by sporting success, which is not the case for clubs with smaller revenues and fan bases. The results of this research aim to contribute to the specific literature on the subject, as well as provide a new perspective on financial and sports management for teams from less traditional regions in football.
Análise da eficiência portuária da região norte utilizando a metodologia DEA

The logistics problem in the northern region has been going on for many years. Logistics is an essential part of trade in goods and services. Currently, the most used modal for the transportation of cargo of products and services is maritime. This mode depends on the proper functioning of ports that can carry the cargo, work efficiently to facilitate transport and increase its efficiency. In this sense, taking into account the current scenario of the region, what is the real efficiency of the ports in this region for having several problems when it comes to regions outside their major centers? To measure efficiency, the used method was DEA, which consists of separating several DMUs that will represent the ports and, through its two models, CCR and BCC, to assess the current efficiency of the ports and compare it with the past results of these ports. It has been found that on average the ports in the region operate inefficiently, ice do not use their full potential. The results are not so far from their maximum efficiency, which provides opportunities for the region for improvement that can benefit the population's quality of life with cheaper, faster-moving products that reach all municipalities in the region and not just the big centers.
Uma análise da estrutura de mercado da indústria brasileira de motocicletas, no período 2000-2018

The article analyzes the market structure of the Brazilian motorcycle industry in the period 2000- 2018. For this, the Herfindahl Hirschman Index was used as an indicator of the degree of competition and concentration of motorcycle companies in the country. The results show that the motorcycle market fits into the oligopolistic market structure, as the market share levels of the sector remained concentrated in two companies over time and the degree of concentration was also above the HHI parameters, however. In times of relative economic stability these conditions have become subject to change. Also, the results show the existence of barriers to entry of new competitors in the rest of the country, due to the concentration of motorcycle production in the Manaus Industrial Pole.
Uma análise da gestão municipal na preservação do patrimônio arqueológico no município de Manacapuru - AM

In this work we describe the Management and Preservation of the Archaeological Heritage in the Municipality of Manacapuru, in which an approach was made on legislation at the international, national and state levels, as well as dealing with local legislation and its public policies in Protection and Preservation to ensure and to safeguard the Archaeological Heritage in said city, dealing with the responsibilities of the Municipal Council for the Defense of the Historic Patrimony of the Municipality, an inspection body that deals with the defense of the historical, artistic, cultural, landscape and environmental heritage of the municipality, as well as the Council of Culture that promotes along with political cultural bodies. The importance of archaeological sites for the preservation of our culture, the participation of the community in the discussion on the subject, and judicial sanctions on environmental degradation are also highlighted.
Análise da implementação do sistema integrado de gestão eletrônica de documentos (SIGED) na administração pública – estudo no protocolo central de uma instituição de ensino superior

This article will analyze the impacts of the implementation of a new electronic document management system – SIGED, on the administrative procedures of a protocol in a higher education institution-HEI. The challenges of transitioning from a system with physical processes to a fully digital one is the object of this study, considering that its benefits can be seen in the short and long term, but for a better result, it is necessary to identify and mitigate its limitations. Thus, the objective is to explain the relevance of the protocol sector in an institution, indicate the changes that this implementation of the system caused, as well as identify its impacts, benefits and limitations so that continuous improvement can be worked on in a public agency. It was observed that limitations such as tools and training were pointed out, on the other hand, it is satisfying users and bringing benefits such as economy, speed and reliability.
Análise da qualidade do atendimento aos usuários do 21º Distrito de Policia Militar

This article's main objective is to analyze the quality of service offered in the 21st Integrated District of the Manaus Police, with the purpose of understanding, from the users' perspective, how they evaluate the service they receive from interns. To this end, the qualitative approach was used as a methodological subsidy, and as an instrument for data collection, ten questionnaires were applied to the subjects who were treated at the study site during a given period. The literature review contributed to the theoretical deepening of the research on the topic of quality. Through the analysis of the data obtained, it was possible to understand that the service was well evaluated, however, negative aspects, such as the delay and the slow and bureaucratic system, were highlighted. It was found that the change requires the involvement of different professionals and spheres, as the service team interns are subordinated to a system and to superiors who have a civil service exam and have professional stability.
Uma análise da transmissibilidade entre os preços da gasolina comum e do petróleo tipo Brent durante a crise do COVID-19

Gasoline, being a non-durable consumer good, has problems regarding its pricing, for it is at the mercy of both internal and external factors. During the Covid-19 crisis, there was a drop in consumption of this good, which influenced price fluctuations, as the isolation measures, times intensified, times relaxed. However, there is no clarity regarding the price symmetry between the adjustments of gasoline in relation to oil. Thus, the purpose of this study is to verify whether or not there were asymmetric shocks between the nominal price of the common gasoline and the type of Brent oil, during the period from 03/01/2020 to 12/26/2021. The database consists of weekly information, collected from the National Petroleum Agency – ANP (gasoline price) and from the site investing.com (brent-type oil). The econometric analysis to detect price asymmetry was done through the GARCH family models. The results of the TARCH (0.1) and EGARCH (0.1) models did not detect effects of asymmetric shocks in this period, whereas the GARCH (0.1) model suggests the existence of symmetrical shocks in the analyzed period, in addition it presented persistence of the shocks on volatility, demonstrating that the effects, both positive and negative, on volatility will slowly dissipate. It is concluded that in the pandemic period there were no indications in the asymmetry of price transmission between Gasoline and Brent-type oil.
Análise das demonstrações contábeis e sua importância na verificação da situação financeira das organizações

Faced with a globalized and competitive market, managers need to decisions, defining the success or failure of an organization. THE information is extremely important in this context, both in the management of management, so that the decisions made by others involved in the process to happen in the most efficient way possible. Thus, the through the application of the techniques of analysis of the financial statements, has the ability to offer economic and financial information in a strategic, strengthening the efficiency and competitiveness of the organization in the market. Based on this context, the present research highlighted the following question: what is the importance of preparation of the financial statements for the proper economic and financial of an organization? As to the general objective of this study, the importance of the preparation of financial statements for the good performance of organizations. About the specific objectives, are included: contextualization of accounting as an instrument to provide information to its users, in order to facilitate managers and financial managers; characterization of analytical techniques related to accounting statements; verification of concepts and characteristics in relation to financial management. Análise das demonstrações financeiras dos clubes da série A do Campeonato Brasileiro de Futebol no período de 2018 a 2022

This article aims to analyze the financial statements of nine clubs that remained in the elite of Brazilian football in the period from 2018 to 2022, based on the financial statements released annually by these clubs on their internet pages, reflecting the years that they remained in series A of the championship. Profitability, liquidity and debt indicators were applied, and financial-economic performance was compared between years and clubs. The research was developed through the collection of secondary data, with the object of a descriptive study and its approach was quantitative. The results of the research show that the majority of clubs have been performing with certain liquidity difficulties, and with a high degree of debt, failing to have a result that generates expectations of asset growth. In addition to some presenting low profitability indicators or even negative ones, as they have presented deficits in some of these years.
Análise das experiências de estágio dos alunos de nível superior contratados pela Fundação De Medicina Tropical Doutor Heitor Vieira Dourado - FMT/HVD

The main focus of this article is to analyze the impact of non-compulsory internship for higher-level students hired by the Heitor Vieira Dourado Tropical Medicine Foundation - FMT/HVD in Amazonas in 2018 and its objective is to investigate, in the students' perception, about the contribution of the internship in their professional qualification. The study was oriented on the history of internship law and previous studies. This research was based on quantitative and qualitative technical procedures, conducted statistically and a category analysis, respectively. The paper presents theoretical and practical contribution, with the possibility of discussions to expand scientific knowledge, and how the results can contribute to students of higher education. All the curricular internships of the Business Administration course were considered in order to highlight the importance of the curricular internship for personal and professional qualification of the student, in view of the current job market, being the research carried out at the alluded Foundation, in the city of Manaus. The data presented satisfactory results since it was verified that the Foundation in question is concerned to allocate its interns according to the course in which they are enrolled, thus facilitating the daily use of their academic knowledge and adding them to the practice of the routine of an institution.
