Death and slavery of people origins and black people kidnapped from their countries were the driving force that boosted the economy of the former Brazilian colony. As much as it permeates our society the idea that this is a distant past, which no longer exerts influence on economic, labor and social relations today, we came to the conclusion, through of bibliographical research, that the slavery origins of our country still echo in a resounding today. Structural racism, the main theme of various studies contemporaries about the modern way in which racism operates, can be considered as the invisible executioner that violently affects all social spheres of minorities ethnic and racial. The difficulty in accessing housing, education and employment today are colonial legacies that reflect a not-so-distant past and a structure of social exclusion built over decades, obtaining even more complexity over the course of of years.Item Lar é direito! In public universities, administrative activities are based on the knowledge and guidelines of the rules, norms and legislation determined by the Public Administration. Therefore, it becomes relevant for the public organization to insert strategic KM actions in line with its strategic objectives. Thus, a methodological procedure was designed based on a descriptive case study with a quantitative and predominantly qualitative approach. Data collection included the application of semistructured interviews and a questionnaire with 42 objective assertions based on the Instrument for Assessing KM in Public Administration, proposed by Batista (2012), in the MGCAP Maturity Model. The research result shows that the degree of maturity of the studied institution is of initiation, as proposed by APO (2020), a level at which the organization begins to understand, understand and recognize the importance of managing knowledge. In addition, some practices are pointed out, aiming at raising the organizational level, and work suggestions are made for the gaps found.Item Das beiradas ao beiradão: a música dos trabalhadores migrantes no Amazonas(Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, 2022-12) Mesquita, Bernardo; Heitor CostaCurrently, what is called “music from the edge” is a phonographic production from the 80's resulting from a period of accentuation of the dependent character of the capitalist industry of music in Brazil.
