Resumo

Before software is used in the teaching and learning process, it is essential to conduct an assessment of its quality and determine its ability to achieve the proposed objectives. Therefore, this qualitative research aimed to verify the quality of the software Puzzle with Mathematical Functions in its first version using the Reeves Method as an evaluation model. A total of twelve evaluations were carried out in individual interviews with six professors and six students of the Degree in Mathematics at the Centro de Estudos Superiores de Tefé (CESTUEA). With the average of these twelve evaluations, a graph, based on the Reeves Method, was generated and through its analysis it was possible to conclude the quality of the software. The results were positive and satisfactory, leading to the conclusion that the software is qualified to be used in teaching and learning the behavior of mathematical functions of the first degree.
