Resumo

To develop a computerized hospital management system to organize nursing care practice. Method: Technological production of nature based on software engineering. Held at the José Rodrigues Emergency Care Unit as a technology scope survey, it was structured according to the Agile Scrum methodology. The methodological structure occurred in five phases: 1- Planning; 2 - Requirements analysis; 3 - Project/Design (screens, colors and icons); 4 - Development/implementation; 5- Testing and Delivery/Implementation. Results: After defining the requirements and parameters for building the mobile application, the development of the technology presents a REST API* aimed at computerizing the Nursing Process and development and risk classification. A technology independent of the front-end1, which could be the Nursing Process or another system that is consuming the API, the data calculation to generate information will be the same. The Front-end2, Back-end3 Context Diagram was developed with the aim of illustrating the architecture of the Nursing Process in a macro way. The test database was used SQLite4 and the main and backup will use PostgreSQL5. The entry screen interface for the user's login and password, as well as the integration of the technology's programming interface with the database synchronized with the risk classification in the admission sector. The technological product associated the methodology that operationalizes the Nursing Process with e-health technology, guaranteed assistance guided by precision technological instruments and care in a system based on international standards: North American Association of Nursing Diagnoses (NANDA), Nursing Outcomes (NOC), Nursing Interventions (NIC) and classification systems that Brazil has adopted for nursing care. Conclusion: the product can effectively contribute to the activities and procedures that systematize nursing practice, in addition to favoring care and organizing the health service. It can bring not only to professionals and management, but also to patients quality care and speed in decision making
