To evaluate the impacts caused by otorhinolaryngological pathologies on the quality of life of users of the Center Observatory of Otorhinolaryngological Diseases of Amazonas (COOA). Method: cross-sectional descriptive/correlational quantitative study, which aimed to evaluate the impacts caused by otorhinolaryngological pathologies on the quality of life of COOA users. For data collection, the WHOQOL questionnaire will be used, consisting of 26 questions, distributed in four domains: physical, psychological, social relations and environment. Results: 80 patients were interviewed, with a predominance of females, 47 (59%) patients and 33 (41%) males, aged between 19 and 70 years. For the physical, psychological, social relations and environment domains, the mean answers were 3.26, 3.37, 3.53 and 3.08, respectively. Regarding the guiding questions, the average found was 3.39. Conclusion: bearing in mind that there are many studies in relation to quality of life, but there are few related to otorhinolaryngological diseases, this study, therefore, comes to add to a literature that is still little explored in relation to this theme
