Resumo
Describe information about the contribution of a Health University in the State of Amazonas, with regard to the issue of inclusion in health courses through affirmative policies. Method: This is a documentary study, where public documents were analyzed about access to a health university, since its inauguration in 2001 to the present day. Results: A total of 34 documents were selected, including 2 laws and 2 Resolutions. In addition to 20 notices for entrance exams and 10 notices for the Serial Entry System. Conclusion: The policies accessed in the documents make it clear that the university has always sought ways to promote inclusion. It is highlighted that the university's challenge will be the need to establish mechanisms for monitoring and evaluating these inclusion policies and actions, to ensure that the guidelines are effectively implemented and that results are achieved
