Resumo
This research presents the final result on the study of Geometry
in the architecture of the historical heritage of Manaus. The Van Hiele Theory
describes a model for the development of geometric thinking, in
a sequence of levels of understanding and stages of learning. In front of the
that is addressed in this research, the problem can be described by the following
question - guideline: How does the heritage architecture approach
history of Manaus in the non-presential teaching of the 7th year of basic education
can contribute to significant learning about the geometry of figures
flat?. The objective of this research is to analyze the contributions and limitations of
a proposal for teaching and learning of plane geometry from the
architecture of the historical heritage of Manaus. The methodological option
qualitative research was used, as the qualitative approach requires a
broad study of the research object, and the research subjects were 5 students
of 1 class and they have the age group of 12 to 15 years. The activities elaborated
were not in person and all through Google forms, establishing
Geometry relationships in the architecture of historical heritage. To the
contribution that the project had for the students, for example, was the relationship of the
verification of the answers to the questionnaires where there was a perception of
Geometry in the historical heritage of past activities by google
forms and answered in google forms, both the evaluation questionnaire and
activities, and it was observed that students understood the meaning of
Geometry in historical heritage. In light of the research, there were some
limitations such as: lack of communication with only one or two students
at most, as not all students did the activities or attended
class; cell phone access depends on those responsible; not know if the
views made of the video lesson was really by the student or guardian, and the
lack of internet.
