Resumo
The research has the general objective to contribute to teaching and learning
of Financial Mathematics through contextualization in the 3rd year of education
In this way, it is intended that high school students can associate
with reality, concepts such as percentage, interest, pension calculation,
life insurance, solve problems related to financial math in
daily life using examples such as water bills, electricity bills, proof of
purchases, among others, and develop their self-criticism skills
through choices.
Believing that the Teaching of Mathematics needs to be related to
the student's daily life, examples that are in their daily lives were used,
that, in a way, are new to the students.
