Resumo
This monograph deals with the Supervised Internship in Youth and Adult Education.
The general objective was to contextualize the relationship between the internship in
Youth and Adult Education and the re-reading of the academic/academic trajectory of
the teacher in training. The specific objectives were: To understand important aspects
of Youth and Adult Education; Establish relationships between the training, practice
and challenges of the Youth and Adult Education teacher; Reflect on the training links
provided by school life and the Internship in Youth and Adult Education. For the
theoretical foundation we studied Libâneo (2005;2013); Pimenta and Lima (2006)
Freire (1987;2000; 2006; 2016; 2019); Arroyo (2013), among others. The
methodological procedures involved bibliographical, documental and field research:
reading of the School's Pedagogical Political Project; elaboration and review of the
research project; rereading the Internship reports; elaboration of theoretical and
documentary foundation, following the qualitative approach, to seek to relate
theoretical/documentary data, participant observation in the Internship field and the
reflections built along the training process. Field data collection was carried out during
the Supervised Internship in Youth and Adult Education, in a municipal school in
Manaus. The results show how much we still need to study about this type of teaching,
but they also make us reflect on the contribution of the Internship to the training of
pedagogues. The activities carried out in the daily life of the school, as well as the
application of the Action Plan, led us to unforgettable memories of the happy school
trajectory in Youth and Adult Education. In this sense, we conclude that the Internship
with research provides a reflection that the wonderful world of reading and the reading
world we know as students of Youth and Adult Education should serve as a reference
for a teaching practice that respects the student as a whole.
