Abstract

The use of gimmicks to compose the understanding of a content or just a passage of it is considered commonplace in academia. The aim of this paper is to analyse the processes applied in paraphrases, in order to verify the semantic load carried by these processes, in the paraphrases, if it is similar to those of the source texts.
