Resumo
The need to rethink new ways of teaching Portuguese Language and Literature in school, appropriating the various existing genres, is the concern of this work. This research aims to propose a Didactic Sequence based on the film genre, expanding the discussions of literacy to the multisemiotic literacies. To carry out this proposal, it is used as theoretical support the works of Bakhtin (2011), Marcuschi (2008), Rojo (2009; 2012; 2013 and 2015) and Dolz, Noverraz and Schneuwly (2004), who postulate on multimodal and multisemiotic genres, as well as in relation to didactic sequences for teaching textual genres. Besides the search for theoretical support, it was researched the film genre to build a didactic sequence from it. At the end of the work, it was evidenced the need to build a sequence that covers multimodal knowledge, which will result in a more effective work of reading practice and production of textual genres.
