Abstract

Solving equations of the second degree, even though it has a historical element favorable to the teaching process, has been presented almost exclusively exclusively with the use of Bhaskara's formula, making this process discouraging and arbitrary. The general aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of didactic material for solving equations of the second degree.
