Resumo
This work presents the theme: Teacher Training, Creativity and Pedagogical
Practices in the Early Years of Elementary School. The locus of the research is a
Municipal Public School located in the South Zone of the city of Manaus, field of one of
the internships developed by this researcher during the Pedagogy Course, occasion in
which the interest in the creative methodology as possibility of include this practice with
all students, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Education presents
changes that induce teachers to rethink their methodologies, seeking, among others,
creative, dialogued, participatory classes that can help students to awaken their
potential. Its general objective is to analyze the way found by the educator to
implement creative and dynamic classes even in the context of the lack or insufficiency
of didactic resources available in the Public School and, specifically, it will seek to
describe the actions observed in the classroom, substantiating them with the authors
studied in the undergraduate course, so that, at the end of this work, we can suggest
possible ways of using didactic resources to make the class creative, productive,
inclusive and dynamic, favoring the inclusion of students with disabilities and the
learning of all students. curriculum components, including mathematics. As for the
methodology, it is a qualitative research, exploratory bibliographic character, in which
phenomenology and participant observation were used. The research subjects are
three professionals, one who works as a pedagogue and two are teachers, being a
conductor of the 5th grade class of elementary school and another mediator of a child
with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The research intends to contribute to the
debate on the topic of the use of creative methodologies in the inclusion and
meaningful learning of students, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder,
emphasizing the importance of continuing education for teachers and the unconditional
support of the School Community, particularly of parents and guardians, in meaningful
learning and the success of Basic Education students.
