Resumo
This paper deals with the inclusion in Higher Education, emphasizing the need for more adequate resources for deaf students for their education. In this sense, this research aimed to develop a Signal of the investigative educational software type, to be used as a technological resource that facilitates the learning of deaf students in the undergraduate degree in Mathematics of CESP / UEA, enabling better learning in the specific subjects of their education. The study is based on the type of exploratory research, with a quantitative and qualitative approach, where for data collection we use document analysis, questionnaire and systematic observation. And from the results obtained we conclude that digital technology through visualization, provides greater understanding of the content worked. In this educational perspective, the Sign, based on images / videos in Libras, has proved to be a facilitating resource for learning in a specific mathematics discipline by improving the inclusion of the deaf student in the process of higher education in mathematics.
