Resumo

This work presents the development of a prototype of an automatically guided vehicle, “Automated Guided Vehicle” (AGV), used for the purpose of transporting supplies in a productive environment. This document describes the construction and programming of servomechanism components controlled by an ATmega328PA microcontroller on the Arduino Uno board. It also explains the use of navigation technique to guide the AGV prototype through a black line in contrast to a white background. , so that when the sensor detects a return signal reflected in black, it understands that it must send a command to the motors to keep the robot on the extended course. Several simulations and tests were carried out to optimize the programming code and achieve the best performance in the task of transporting supplies. The prototype uses energy from alkaline batteries to power the entire electronic system and motors, giving the AGV autonomy.
