Resumo

In an increasingly connected world, logistics, which has service as a product, has a crucial function transporting supplies and merchandise. The need for efficiency and efficacy has increased exponentially in the last few decades, companies need ways to optimize processes to better service their clients, and this has become a great challenge due to the accelerated environment of logistics. With this in mind, part of the process scope from logistics company Z was observed, and its Land Transportation (LT). The way they deal with some everyday issues in their operation routine was analyzed, how those issues were resolved, how they approached those issues and their success rate. Considering this analysis, a procedural method was established, based on concepts and tools for continuous improvement, helping the team to approach their everyday problem solving methods, which proved to be a useful tool to introduce to the LT team members, concepts of quality tools and quality management.
