Abstract

This work aims to create a summary guide on good project management practices aimed at the scope of R&D projects, based on experiences and situations raised in a research and development project entitled Ocean Manaus. Its objective is to train people in the city of Manaus-AM in digital and innovative technologies through the provision of in-person and online training. Because of this, the project's documented historical information was used to verify the knowledge necessary for the effectiveness of R&D projects, as well as the evaluation and applicability of traditional and agile management methodologies, and what their most current literature highlights in a correlated way. to the points. An analysis of the project characteristics was carried out based on the PMI (Project Management Institute) and Agile Methodologies approaches, such as Scrum and Kanban. Therefore, this research is based on an applied approach, with an emphasis on qualitative methodology, with a descriptive and normative case study objective.
