Resumo
Maintenance and its processes are constantly evolving. With the new trends related to
maintenance 4.0 and the digitalization of administrative processes, several
opportunities can be observed aimed at reducing costs and the rational use of human
resources, providing maintenance to play an even more fundamental role in the
manufacturing environment. The purpose of this project is to describe a prototype of
digital maintenance request capable of advantageously replacing the existing manual
request methodology in a battery company at the Industrial Pole of Manaus. Through
practical implementations, demonstrations, studies and collected data, it was possible
to observe a significant reduction in the maintenance request cycle time (enabling a
reduction in line downtime), the standardization of failure modes (facilitating analysis)
and a reduction in the number of parties involved in the process, making it possible to
reallocate part of the human resources to other activities, in addition to a significant
cost reduction.
