Resumo
The organizational climate is the perception of the whole that the individual has of the
organization. This article aims to identify the way in which professors and students see the
Administration course at the University of the State of Amazonas. In order to detect the
variables that influence the organizational climate on the performance and motivation of these
stakeholders. The methodological procedures used were bibliographical research, case study
and field research. For field research, two questionnaires with closed questions were carried
out, with 37 questions for teachers and students. We tried to detect the current situation of the
organizational climate of the administration course. Among the results found, the high
percentage of teacher satisfaction and a median percentage of student satisfaction can be
highlighted.
