O perfil do trabalhador informal do lago do limão em 2019

Abstract

The objective of this study is to identify the profile of the informal worker of the Lemon Lake in 2019, due to the strong growth and the dependence of the community's economic dynamism on the informal sector. The work is characterized as a descriptive research and a qualitative and quantitative method was used, whose sample consisted of 100 informal workers living in Lake Lemon. Data collection was performed through a questionnaire and the collected data were tabulated and analyzed. Variables such as gender, age, education, income, sector, intention to leave informality, only work alternative, sole source of income, satisfaction and family tradition were considered. The results revealed their real situations that need transformation, due to weaknesses in the level of education, with concentration in the elementary school, the low level of income and the lack of information about the formalization.
