Inovação tecnológica no setor de máquinas pesadas: analise da implementação de relatórios e seus benefícios

Abstract

The aim of this study is to present an analysis of the transition from the manual process of preparing service reports for heavy machinery maintenance to a digital format, using an application developed by the company itself. The study was conducted in the context of a company that sells parts and provides technical services for heavy machinery, which implemented the digitalization of service reports, allowing data to be sent to the cloud and accessed by all employees in real time. The research sought to evaluate the impact of this digital transformation on internal communication, operational efficiency and decision-making. To this end, an applied study was conducted, with a quantitative and qualitative approach, using case studies and document analysis. The data collected were analyzed based on operational performance indicators, seeking to verify whether there were improvements in the standardization of reports, in the reduction of errors, in the response time and in the quality of strategic decisions. The results are expected to demonstrate that the use of the digital application and cloud storage have contributed to greater integration between sectors, increased efficiency in services and agility in decision-making.
