Abstract

Scientific papers from the areas of concentration of the Academic Conference were submitted to pre-evaluation and local evaluation by Specialist, Master's, and Doctoral professors in related fields from the State University of Amazonas, as well as invited professors from other universities. The papers awarded first, second, and third place, respectively, were: 1. Evaluation of oral alterations in patients undergoing treatment for gestational trophoblastic disease at a reference center in Western Amazonia, defended by Academic and Liaison Member Dhulle Emily Olegário Ribeiro; 2. Sjögren's disease associated with systemic lupus erythematosus: case report, defended by Academic and Liaison Member Tiago Ribeiro Brandão Bueno; and 3. Treatment of oral manifestations of Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis in a patient with mandibulofacial dysostosis: case report, defended by Academic and Liaison Member Henry Daniel Castro de Oliveira.
