Dinâmicas urbanas da comunidade Bom Socorro do Zé Açú Parintins- AM

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to seek to understand the urban functions of the Bom Socorro community and its relationship with Parintins and adjacent communities, as well as its roles and relationships with the municipal seat. For this, it was necessary to apply questionnaires, aimed at business owners, boat owners and the president of the community, in addition to field observations. It was identified in this study that the profile of services and infrastructure in Bom Socorro is different from smaller communities, therefore, it presents a more complex profile, and this places it in a differentiated hierarchical position in relation to them. Its position is strategic in the site/situation relationship, as it is located on a navigable shore in the Zé Açú micro basin, being a node for the absorption and distribution of products.
