Avaliação da implementação da tecnologia assistencial guia para o tratamento do acidente ofídico

Abstract

Evaluating the implementation of the Guide for the Treatment of Snakebite Accidents for nursing professionals. Method: This is a qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive study, developed between 2024 and 2025, with 8 nursing professionals working in Basic Health Units in the municipality of Barcelos in the state of Amazonas. Results: The results revealed a high degree of satisfaction regarding the guide's didactic approach, positively highlighting the use of illustrations, the organization of the content, and the accessible language, factors considered fundamental for the rapid assimilation of the recommended procedures. Participants reported that the guide served as a facilitating instrument in identifying the patient's clinical condition, contributing to more assertive decision-making. Conclusion: The clinical guide demonstrated a positive impact on care practice. Its adoption strengthens the effectiveness of services in remote areas, and initiatives like this are essential to reduce inequalities in access to qualified health care
