Minha experiência de estágio supervisionado: escola estadual Thome Ferreira Santiago

Abstract

This research is the result of work carried out in the Supervised Curricular Internship II course of the History degree program at the State University of Amazonas (UEA). The internship experience took place in the second semester of 2023 at the Thomé Ferreira Santiago State School, lasting four weeks, from October 30th to November 28th. The Supervised Internship aims to offer students an opportunity for greater contact with elementary and high schools, allowing a period of experience and observation that encompasses both teaching practice and the daily life of the school in a broad sense. This experience promotes reflection on the reality of the educational system, as well as on the challenges and possibilities of the teaching profession. This research seeks to present an account of an internship experience in high school teaching and, based on it, analyze and reflect on the importance of supervised internships in the training of future teachers.
