Abstract

This research deals with current and relevant topics, which are entrepreneurship, innovation and Intellectual Property, in addition to promoting the importance of knowledge about their bases and means by which creative activity can not only give rise to products or services, but also constitute intellectual capital that must be protected. The work focused on the importance of disseminating and providing essential knowledge on the subject to students, considering that students are potential creators and the entrepreneurial initiative among them needs to be stimulated. It was defined as the general objective of the work, to develop a Comics for the dissemination of knowledge of intellectual property, innovation and entrepreneurship, among the students of technical education of the Federal Institute of Amazonas - CMDI. The methodological basis of the work was the collection of primary data (bibliographic survey), as well as the carrying out of documental research, also having a qualitative character. Regarding the results, the analyzes carried out allow us to identify a curricular gap in technical secondary education in relation to intellectual property content. There is a need for more comprehensive disciplines or content that offer essential knowledge to students regarding the importance of creative activity, and the initiative to transform it into innovative products or services, and, at the other end, inform and guide on how to protect intellectual property. The suggestion proposed in this work, to use a comic book for this purpose, to be made available in electronic and printed media, is a way of approaching the theme in order to arouse the interest of students with dynamic, simple, but effective informative content. educational potential.
