Desenvolvimento do aplicativo INSPER para elaboração de laudos técnicos de inspeção predial

Abstract

Optimization and standardization in building inspections for multifamily high-rise structures in the Amazon region, through a mobile application, can improve efficiency and effectiveness in building inspection processes. In this scenario, the present work developed the application INSPER to elaborate the technical reports for building inspections. To achieve this, complementary regulations for building inspections were digitally cataloged, an automated inspection checklist for multifamily high-rise residences in the Amazon region was proposed, and the proposed building inspection script in the literature was automated according to ABNT NBR 16.747:2020. A building inspection test was carried out with the application, including the preparation of a pilot technical report for the inspected building in the city of Manaus using INSPER. To do so, a combination of the methodology standardized by ABNT NBR 16.747:2020 was used, along with a base checklist proposed in the literature for multifamily residential buildings and a dissertation on the main pathological manifestations in reinforced concrete structures in the Amazon region. Therefore, 37 main screens of the application were developed, from the anamnesis form, automated checklist to the preparation of the technical report, and 7 complementary regulations to the building inspection process were cataloged.
