A compreensão dos surdos através das traduções de textos acadêmicos no CESP-UEA

Abstract

This paper aims to investigate the understanding of deaf students at CESP through the translation of academic texts and identify the main barriers they encounter. This research employs a phenomenological approach with absolute non-interference in the learning process of the subjects analyzed. The framework follows the proposal of Gil (2002) and Lakatos, Marconi (2009), using analysis and investigation procedures to understand the assimilation of the subjects analyzed.
