Resumo

The present work investigates whether the school's Teaching Plan includes content that motivates the learning perspective of students in the 5th year of Elementary School I about the Boi Bumbá de Parintins culture. Amplifying the perspectives of thinking about the meaning of art in the daily lives of individuals is a challenge that humanity has faced for many years since its existence. In this sense, we can highlight that dance is an important factor to stimulate the assimilation of knowledge and is conducive to socialization, interaction, motor and cognitive development in the school environment. Ahead of the practice of artistic promotion, it faces/or many obstacles until it begins to be taught in the classroom, stimulating the teaching process for children, adolescents and young people from municipal, state, federal or private schools. The approach of this project emerges from the qualitative field research line, descriptive action research based on questionnaires from before and after the students' experience. Focusing on the quality of students who were successful in learning the appreciation and importance of folklore.
