Abstract

The present work aims to disseminate social relevance that bands, among them the FAB play, meet the history and value your contributions to the practice of music developed in the air base command can have a large relevance in the formation of the instrumentalist, and offer a learning space for others who want to learn to play musical instruments, as well as learn a little about the history of the band. To achieve the goals was a literature review, with the assistance of books, articles and others, which enabled us to obtain the information necessary to the terms skills and autonomy for our contribution on the subject, using a bibliographical research. The survey of information took place through publications in books, magazines, periodicals, from the following sources: historical-Cultural Institute of Aeronautics, documents with Ordinances, decrees and other books, articles, theses and dissertaçõe found in the databases, and selected only the literature that meets the criteria for this study.
