Estudo ergonômico de posto de solda utilizando o software ergolândia

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive ergonomic analysis in the industrial welding sector, focusing on the welding operator in a safe assembly line. The research aims to identify and mitigate factors contributing to physical and mental strain in the workplace, employing the Ergolândia software as the main analytical tool. Methodologically, the study utilized direct observations and widely recognized ergonomic methods. The results revealed improper postures, repetitive movements, and unilateral efforts adversely affecting occupational health and productivity. The task of securing clamps during door assembly stood out as particularly strenuous, requiring urgent interventions. Improvements were suggested to optimize the ergonomic conditions and promote a safer, more efficient work environment. The study concludes that ergonomics is essential for risk reduction, efficiency improvement, and enhancing workplace quality of life, with significant potential for integration into industrial production processes.
