Material botânico para diferenciação de monocotiledônea e dicotiledônea no mundo das angiospermas

Abstract

This work proposes to study the classes of angiosperms and differentiate them according to their characteristics through the creation of a botanical material for the teachinglearning process. For this, a field collection will be carried out, where leaves, roots, stems, seeds and fruits will be collected. During collection, the morphological characteristics of the plant will be noted before being pressed in newspaper on the wooden presses, then placed in an oven at 60ºC for complete dehydration. The number of specimens collected, identified and separated into monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous plants is listed for after being stored in a wooden box for packaging. The making of the box must be specific to store only the creation material, the intention is to contribute to the development of new methodologies for the study of class differentiations of angiosperms, which science and biology teachers can use to facilitate the understanding of students through samples highlighting the difference between monocotyledons and dicots.
