Resumo

Accessible tourism is a niche market focused on the public PwD and PwRM, who, like people without disabilities, have the right to enjoy leisure and tourism, these people represent 15% of the world population and they are demanding, to the point of not go to the destination because of an inaccessible accommodation, given that some people depend completely on accessibility and would not be able to use an environment that was not adapted. Considering that in the globalized days we live in, the competitiveness in the countries is becoming more and more, everyone is looking for a way to be better, with that, it is possible to conclude that accessible tourism can become a differential factor in the middle of hosting, observing the unmet demand of this massive audience. Academically contributing with the results on the theme and the practical results that can be used by hotel managers.
