Resumo
Accessibility is a term that is increasingly being discussed within the tourism market and it provides that people with disabilities or reduced mobility can experience the history of a place, the cultural manifestations and the gastronomic aspects. People who have some kind of disability or reduced mobility need mobilizations made for them, since they can not always carry them out on their own. It is extremely important that the tourism professional is committed to contributing to the inclusion of people with some limitation, being allied in this social deconstruction, in which this class has been struggling for generations to break, as well as the barriers they encounter daily, preventing them to enjoy with excellence of the tourist service. Like any other citizen, this part of the population is assisted by rights that must be fulfilled and thus be able to be part of the leisure and recreation arranged in the attractions of the city. In the course of a visitation, the intention is to enjoy the experience and be able to experience the environment, but many are frustrated by the lack of qualified people to deal with this public and the disorganization of the place. Based on this, the research focuses on the theme of accessible tourism, highlighting as a general objective to analyze the qualification for the care of people with disabilities or reduced mobility by professionals who act in the tourist service and as specific objectives: to identify the behavior of the tourism professional before thematic; examine the offering of structure; evaluate if there is the offer of training for the actuant that is attractive. The research was classified as participant, exploratory, qualitative and non-probabilistic, through the acquired data, the intention is to generate significant results that support new research and offer tourism as an instrument of inclusion, since it is perceived that tourism services still need advance in all sectors within the attractive when it comes to accessibility.
