Os desafios do mercado de trabalho para os formados na turma de 2015 no Município De Manicoré

Abstract

The difficulties in the labor market are high from the youngest to the most experienced person in any region or municipality in Brazil. Through this, the problem that guides this research approaches from the formation of students from Manicoré in the economic sciences course at the State University of Amazonas in 2015 and their integration in the labor market and performance in the training area in the municipality of Manicoré. For this, the general objective is to understand the performance of professionals graduated from the University of the State of Amazonas in the economics course in 2015 in the municipality of Manicoré. To reach the general objective, the research established the following specific objectives: to characterize the perception of students after graduation in economics and to describe the paths taken by graduates in the area of activity or in the labor market in the municipality. The study was developed through bibliographical research and data collection in the studied place. In the bibliographic study, books, magazines and articles on the subject were used. In the documentary study, official information was sought from municipal, state and federal public bodies. Once the data collection for the scientific production of the work was done through an electronic form and distributed to former students. From the collection of data, it was possible to answer the questions made above the problematization and demonstrate how bachelor’s in economics have established themselves in the labor market in the municipality of Manicoré.
