Startups:um estudo de caso sobre a startup pra que rumo-Manaus-AM

Abstract

This work is a result of a search made by a case of Pra Que Rumo startup with the goal to describe the development of a startup in the tourism, since the idea until the current point. Through documents of the company, an internet search and a half structured interview was possible describe the goals cited previously. Besides identifying the phases of the startup growth, the results demonstrated development difficulties due the current stage of the tourism sector where the company is inserted. Listing the advantages and disadvantages, could identifying which was the necessities the company, however, the one that stands out most is the low qualification of people in the sector, impairing the company performance when we talk about monetary uptake. Having that question in evidence, was purpose a solution, an investment on this service providers with training courses that could make better the entrepreneurs technique. Beside to developed closer relationship between the professional that work with nature tourism with the tourism universities who can offer qualified people for the work to develop the own sector that in agreement with the search, is in a state of ecline. Also pointed out as necessary demand a bigger number of professional in the rea of technology and investment for the development of more activities in the sector.Besides a better quality in the services offered and a bigger qualification business anagement for entrepreneurs in the region.
