Resumo

This research entitled: Lucidity: Instrument of Motivation for Reading and Text Interpretation in High School, had as main objective to present the games and the use of the ludic as a way to improve the teaching-learning process. It was carried out in the 2nd year high school class at Marechal Rondon State School. At first, the theme was presented, explaining the importance of playfulness within the classroom, action research and a qualitative approach were used for the development of this work, the method for data collection was through workshops and a questionnaire. For this study, a dynamic was carried out with the tale by Machado de Assis, it was noticed a great difficulty in interpreting the tale, since Literature is an element considered fundamental for the understanding of who we are, as well as essential for the acquisition of knowledge. knowledge, improvement of emotions, it penetrates the depths of life making us more human. With this research it was possible to observe that promoting a discussion, a challenge, instigates knowledge and the ludic, and by going this way one can acquire good results, for the teaching of reading and text interpretation.
