Resumo
School ideas are diverse and express the visions that constitute it, its way of being and being
in the world. By focusing on the encounter between the teacher in training and the ideas of
school, a sensitive cartography is proposed based on the affections produced in teacher
training practices, pedagogical practices, organizational dynamics and daily school life. Thus,
the objective of this investigation was to problematize the ideas of school based on the
Philosophy of Difference in the encounter of dispositive objects (LEPETE, Path, School) with
the teacher in training. So, with the study of the following works by the authors Barros (2015,
2016), Costa (2014), Deleuze (2006), Filho and Teti (2013), Gallo (2003, 2010), Grisotto
(2022), Lispector (1999) , Nunes (2009), Oliveira (2018), Paraíso (2009), Silva (2010) and
Zordan (2010) we can study the Philosophy of Difference, the concept of dispositive objects
and constitute the narratives of dispositive objects (LEPETE, Trajeto, Escola ). The
epistemological basis adopted was post-structuralism, a theoretical current that proposes to
deconstruct linear and hierarchical narratives, in which I followed a cartographic path, but not
that of maintaining records of existing information, but rather the act of creating new ones.

different ways of life that coexist in the school of difference, each one breathes through the
objects-devices. The crossings were not constituted in a mechanical way, the encounters
were lively, so the ideas intertwine within me and fall apart as I set out to contort the unique
idea of a school way of life by looking through the lens of the Philosophy of Difference at
multiple existences of/at school. Therefore, it was possible to recognize the other ways of life
that make up the school and the teacher training process, inhabited in device objects based
on the crossings in the training of a teacher.
