Resumo

This work brings in its approach the dance as object of research, aiming to recognize the mediation between it and other components of the art and subjects of the basic education in a school in the outskirts of the city of Manaus. The study is based on the didactic and methodological process applied in the daily teaching practices of the teacher in line with the guiding parents and executions of schooling. The theoretical foundation is based on several theorists and scholars in the area of interdisciplinarity, art / dance and art education, among them the following are Fazenda (1998), Fortes (2014), among others, presenting in the first chapter details focused on the understanding of interdisciplinarity, its actions and perspectives for collective teaching, aiming to add knowledge and important participations in the educational process. In the second moment, it is approached to make art interdisciplinary with other contents and contexts in order to provide arts to the students in a clear and comprehensive way, to the point of embedding values in school and personal life. Based on Marques (2003), Penna (2012), Tadra (2009), and other art education researchers, we see clear paths when it comes to making art in school, the proposals and experiments of the body and cognitive knowledge. Thus, in order to elucidate the ways and perspectives of dance teaching in the arts context in the school environment and its way of relating to other contents and disciplines of the curriculum. Still at the end of the second chapter, the methodological process and subject-field dialogue are presented, giving visibility to the object of study, later the analysis and discussion of the data, and finally the final considerations and recommendations, based on methods and techniques developed and lived according to context lived in the field, where we identified that the referred study is of paramount importance for discussions about the social, cultural and political context that integrates the process of educating through dance and art, it is emphasized that the study will also contribute to the structuring and enrichment. from other scholarly works on history and education, dance and the arts in a broad context in the educational environment.
