Resumo

The aim of this undergraduate research is to find out which factors hinder the learning of children with VI in a public school in Tabatinga. For this, the following steps were developed: (1) A brief history of inclusive education, bringing the most important points; (2) Brief notes about visual impairment; (3) Inclusive education with blind students; (4) Interview towards the people who are part of the school and who gets a relationship with students with Visual Impairment in the institution; to (5) Verify the experiences of these individuals and their opinions about the school. Therefore, this is a search qualitative, bringing historical data and experiences in special education.
