Resumo

The interest in working on the theme of the work, part of the Extension Project named “Graduates from the ENS Geography Course: challenges and possibilities in the exercise of teaching in basic education", in which the project proposal was developed within the scope of the Research Center Urban and Regional / NPUR. In this sense, this proposal aims to analyze and reflect on the reports of experiences of graduates and senior managers in order to think about the importance of a policy for monitoring graduates for UEA. The general objective of this work is to analyze the experience reports with graduates of the Geography course at the Escola Normal Superior (ENS) of the State University of Amazonas (UEA). And the following specific objectives: a) Present the practice of university extension and its academic and professional contribution; b) Point out the experience with graduates of the Geography degree course at ENS/UEA and c) Discuss the graduate policy and its importance for the The aim is to demonstrate how these experiences can become an aggregating element for the institution and its students , and, consequently, contribute to the academic training of these new agents.
