Resumo
This report focuses on socialization in the academic environment, which also fosters bonds of friendship among university students, evidenced by the enthusiasm that unites learning in interconnected practices, with the aim of investigating how it can provide sensitivity and new perspectives in human development. Friendship presents itself simultaneously as a social environment of diverse forms of perception and construction of collaborative and formative learning, as well as an opportunity for risk, acceptance and overcoming differences, freedom for questioning, thought and mutual transformation. Certainly, there are valid references to friendship that nourish knowledge through trust based on mutual respect. The relevance of research on socialization lies in the fact that its findings could help overcome the phenomenological "invisibility" of the daily social life of students in the academic environment. Understanding the daily characteristics of student socialization, for both teachers and students, could generate new inspirations for teaching methods that are more critical, inclusive, sustainable and participatory.
