Abstract

This article shows motivation as a factor that influences education. The ability of motivating must be considered, especially when it is about (EJA – Educação de Jovens e Adultos) supplementary education for youngsters and adults. It is a system that prepares this kind of public to have knowledge enough to compete for a job. For such work, an analysis was made to check the teacher’s posture, how she was able to influence the interest on the students about Portuguese and Literature and other influences that must be noticed in the night period students’ performance from Escola Estadual Pedro Teixeira, group six, level one.
