Solubilização in Vitro de Cálculos Biliares em Extrato de Senna occidentalis L.(PARAMARIOBA)

Abstract

This research concerns the process of solubilization of gallstones by Senna occidentalis extract. With the objective of discovering the action of the hydroalcoholic crude extract in different concentrations in the action of solubilization of the calculations, For this the work approached the methodology of IN Vitro tests, which are biological tests outside a living organism carried out in a controlled environment. In addition, the work included the use of different extraction means in order to obtain the maximum of bioactive compounds for the effect of solubilization of the calculations, 1) Steam drag extraction; 2) Cold static extraction; 3) Extraction by rotating reactor and 4) Water extraction by cooking. After the end of the IN Vitro tests, the analysis confirmed the possibility of the crude extract acting in the solubilization process since it influenced in a positive and negative way in the alteration of the final mass of the tests with the extracts.
