Resumo

Nowadays, the reality of classrooms still holds traditional classes in which teachers expose the subject of the textbook and the students listen passively, an alternative beyond this reality is the use of different teaching alternatives, which involve students and students. promote learning. This work was carried out at Benicio Rodrigues Pena Municipal School, located in the municipality of Boca do Acre, Amazonas. It aimed to implement a hydroponic system as a teaching alternative for the 8th grade natural science classes. A bibliographic research was made in the school's book of natural sciences and six classes were planned from proposed themes and the same use of complementary themes to perfect one class, being five theoretical classes and one practice for the construction of a hydroponic pavement system. Using recyclable material, while building a mobile hydroponic system and custom spaces to serve as a didactic tool during classes, questionnaires were also designed to serve as pre- and post-test during classes to measure previous studies and buyers. of students after school. After the class application, it was possible to identify a significant increase in post-test questions, even in some cases or subjects already addressed by the class teacher. However, we conclude that it is important to use different teaching alternatives within the classroom and to use the mobile hydroponic system as an effective teaching alternative in the teaching and learning process.
