Resumo
This article aims to reflect and discuss the experience of Kamishibai as a methodological resource for teaching Theater during the Supervised Internship in Theater, held in the city of Manaus, together with Basic Education students, this exercise was configured as an opportunity knowledge of theatrical language. For the internship process, a case study is used, with the intention of transforming the space in which I work, contributing with individuals. This whole process took place from October 14, 2021 to October 11, 2022, involving four schools, respectively Elementary School I, Elementary School II, High School and Non-Formal Education. The procedure during the internship was to present the origin/history and concept of Kamishibai and at the same time provide the experience among the students, with unexpected discoveries occurring, revealing to each practice the understanding that it would be a viable methodology to establish a point of communication and interest common. Thus, we see new possibilities in the use of Kamishibai as a methodology and what it can provide for teaching/learning, arousing students' interest in participating in the proposed activities, becoming protagonists, sharing the culture of their childhood and their knowledge.
